Fortune Trade provides account access, market information, wallet coordination, funding workflows, portfolio tools, and execution interfaces for eligible users. Your use of any page, application panel, funding feature, or communication channel operated under the platform means you accept these Terms of Service in full.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering binding agreements, and permitted to use digital asset services in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate registration details, maintain updated contact information, and complete verification requests when we reasonably require identity, source-of-funds, residency, or fraud-screening documents.
Access may be refused, suspended, or limited where required by law, sanctions rules, internal risk controls, or unusual activity monitoring. You may not use the platform for unlawful transfers, market abuse, impersonation, account resale, automation that stresses the service, credential sharing, or attempts to reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with security controls.
Displayed prices, charts, indicators, and market percentages are provided for general trading support and may be delayed, cached, rounded, or affected by upstream data providers. Execution quality depends on market conditions, liquidity, network status, volatility, and review rules, and we do not guarantee that any order, request, quote, or payout will fill at a specific price or time.
Deposits, swaps, internal balance adjustments, and withdrawals may be placed on review for risk scoring, wallet screening, fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, travel-rule obligations, chargeback concerns, or account verification. You are responsible for submitting correct wallet details and asset networks. Transactions sent to an unsupported network, incomplete memo, or incorrect address may be delayed or permanently unrecoverable.
Digital asset trading is volatile and can result in rapid losses, liquidation events, spread expansion, slippage, and full loss of capital. Nothing on the platform, including news, support responses, analyst-style content, trending data, or interface prompts, should be treated as investment, legal, tax, or fiduciary advice. You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk controls.
You must protect your password, devices, recovery channels, and any security codes or one-time links associated with your account. If you suspect compromise, phishing, social-engineering contact, or unauthorized activity, you must notify support immediately. We may freeze or limit account functions while we investigate suspected abuse or protect the account from further loss.
Applicable fees, spreads, processing rules, wallet limits, and feature availability may change over time to reflect network conditions, compliance requirements, or business updates. Maintenance, outages, third-party interruptions, wallet congestion, blockchain forks, and security reviews may temporarily affect access without prior notice where urgent action is required.
We may restrict or close accounts that violate these Terms, create operational or legal risk, or fail to satisfy verification and compliance requests. Account history, support records, and verification files may be retained for audit, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations for the period required by applicable law or internal control standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortune Trade and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity, market movement, or data interruption, arising from your use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the direct amount of fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We collect information you provide directly, including registration details, contact information, support messages, verification documents, payment and wallet details, device signals, login metadata, and transaction history. We also collect operational data required to maintain account security, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve core platform performance.
Your information may be used to create and maintain your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify identity, detect fraud, analyze suspicious behavior, respond to support requests, send mandatory service notices, and satisfy AML, sanctions, tax, audit, and law-enforcement obligations where applicable.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted transport, controlled access, activity logging, anomaly review, device and session monitoring, and verification gates for high-risk actions. No internet-based system is fully immune from attack, so users should also protect their own credentials, devices, and recovery channels.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure vendors, wallet screening providers, analytics tools, support systems, identity-verification partners, payment processors, professional advisers, and authorities where disclosure is required to operate the platform safely, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
We retain account, verification, communications, and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the service, enforce agreements, manage disputes, and satisfy regulatory retention periods. Retention timelines may extend beyond account closure when records remain necessary for security reviews, audit trails, or ongoing legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used to keep you signed in, preserve preferences, reduce fraud, measure product stability, and understand usage patterns across supported devices. You can limit some browser-side technologies in your device settings, but disabling them may reduce certain features or security protections.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information associated with your account, ask us to correct inaccurate records, or request deletion where retention is no longer required. Certain requests may be delayed or denied when information must be preserved for compliance, fraud prevention, legal defense, or operational integrity.
Security on Fortune Trade combines account-level protection, operational controls, transaction monitoring, and rapid-response procedures for suspicious events.
When abnormal activity is detected, the platform may temporarily limit trading, deposits, withdrawals, or account access while an investigation is completed. These checks are designed to protect users, preserve evidence, and prevent further unauthorized activity.
